Peter started his professional career with BDO and has more than 30 years of experience in the accounting, audit, corporate finance and consulting industry. He has extensive experience in accounting, corporate finance and auditing including specialised assignments on due diligence on acquisitions, valuation of companies, fraud investigations and liquidations.
Peter is responsible for a portfolio of clients, which are diversified both in terms of size and industry. Amongst these are large multi-national and public listed companies. Activities of his clients include those of food and beverage, property developers, investment holding, manufacturers, trading, shipping and marine industry, oil and gas industry, construction industry, providers of information technology, education industry, healthcare industry, natural resources industry, retailers, palm oil industry, restaurateurs, timber industry, publishers, exhibition organisers, commodities trading and other service industries.
Peter’s experience also includes the planning and preparation of companies for public flotation. He was involved in the audits and initial public offerings of a number of companies on the Singapore Exchange.
