As a strategic solutions provider, Josephine has spearheaded and worked with over 300 clients in over ten industries to assess the value of their enterprises and intellectual property. She has also performed valuation reviews for various investments held by large sovereign wealth funds and private equity funds. With more than ten years’ experience specialising in the Asian region, she was formerly a director with a big-four firm as well as a mid-tier accounting firm.
Josephine is a facilitator of the Business Value, Governance and Risk module of the Singapore Qualification Program under the Singapore Accountancy Commission. She has served as a Senior Adjunct Lecturer for Singapore University of Social Science’s Valuations Module.
