BDO Singapore Hosts Exclusive Sharing Session for School Principals on "Workforce of Tomorrow"

BDO Singapore hosted a "Workforce of Tomorrow" sharing session to foster dialogue and collaboration with education leaders. The sharing session brought together a diverse group of school principals from the East Zone to explore the evolving dynamics of the future workforce and its implications for education.

The event on Thursday, 24 August 2023, from 2:00 p.m., offers school principals a unique opportunity to engage with our experts and gain valuable insights into the skills, knowledge, and competencies needed for employers in the professional services industry in the future. With the rapid advancements in technology, globalisation, and the changing nature of work, it has become imperative for educators and school leaders to align their curriculum and teaching methodologies with the demands of the future job market.

Through this event, we aim to provide school leaders with a comprehensive understanding of the challenges and opportunities the shifting workforce landscape presents. This learning journey will allow educators to give the Ministry of Education feedback and suggestions on changes and skillsets needed for the emerging young leaders of tomorrow's economies. The sharing session touched on topics such as:
