Online Fashion Retailers: Striving Towards Business Excellence

Singapore is well known as the regional hub to global Multinational Companies (MNCs) and has a thriving fashion and lifestyle industry. Fashion labels are available at almost every corner of the island. Increasingly, we are seeing the rise of “omnichannel” shoppers, who make their purchases through both online spaces and traditional bricks-and-mortar stores.
In this paper, BDO studies the online fashion retail industry as a result of the emerging trend in the local digital shopping experience. Given the various industry challenges, core areas of the BE Framework are highlighted to provide insights into how online fashion retail companies can explore opportunities for business improvement.
