The Continuous Link - One Big Family
Unlike the conventional hierarchy system that most organisations adopt, BDO seeks to break free from that approach. At BDO, this border is made 'transparent' so as to allow for a more 'hindrance-free' working environment. Moving between the different departments, even junior staffs have clear access to senior management including the partners, allowing work-related information to be easily disseminated. 

Although BDO is an accounting firm set in a profit-orientated business world, the partners of BDO believe in balancing work and life for the staff. As a result, we have our very own recreational club set up to take care of the welfare of our fellow colleagues. Fun filled activities include movie night, team building, family day, inter-departmental bowling/ pool competition, annual dinner and dance party, etc. We also participate actively in the annual CPA games, providing another avenue for the staff to stay fit and healthy.

At BDO, structured training is catered for all staff regardless of their designations and job scope as we believe everyone should have the opportunity to better their levels of proficiency and capabilities, not to mention constant updates on the latest changes affecting the accountancy world. 

We also believe in staying competitive with the competitors not only in service standards, but also in being IT savvy. With the aid of our Management Information System (MIS), we have a detailed IT infrastructure that caters to the needs of the modern information age of today and smooth lines of communication between staff and clients alike.
